DELHI, N.Y., December 20, 2023 – Delhi Bank Corp. (OTC Markets Group: DWNX),
The Delhi Bank Corp. Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2023 cash dividend of $0.0958 per share at a meeting held on December 20, 2023. This quarterly cash dividend remains consistent with the $0.0958 per share declared for the quarter ending September 2023. The dividend will be paid on or about January 12, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2023.
