DELHI, N.Y., September 16, 2022 – Delhi Bank Corp. (OTC Markets Group: DWNX),
The Delhi Bank Corp. Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2022 cash dividend of $0.0943 per share at a meeting held on September 15, 2022. This quarterly cash dividend remains consistent with the $0.0943 per share declared for the quarter ending June 2022. The dividend will be paid on or about October 17, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2022.
